When your are using a demo account, you don't influence the market by your trades but when you are trading in a live account you can influence the market with your trades?
Is this true?  Huh?

The demo account is the account you practice trading on it before having a live account. And its benefit is   that you can make mistakes in trading without losing real money. It is very important to have a demo account it helps you a lot in getting experience to trade in the live account. And because you don't lose real money it doesn't affect the market

I'm sure a demo is useful for people that have no idea what they are doing and do not want to risk their own money. But in my opinion a demo is a waste of time for most working adults if they know anything they should be able to handle a live account. Although, logically the average FOREX trader probably has no idea what the hell they are doing. Most people are better off letting an institution trade currencies and find some other way to invest.
2 main differences.

1. On live you can't trade spikes (bad prices)
2. Execution on live account may be slightly slower specially during news announcements.

Sometime there is a 1-2 pips price difference between live and demo, but it doesn't happen very often.

Actually In the demo account you don't influence the market. But also it is very important to practice on it.And what is good about this demo account is that you can tarde and make mistakes without losing real money. Thus it is very to trade on a demo account:)
